I recently emailed with artist Dae Choi and he showed me more photos of the amazing, and huge, Close Encounter Mother Ship scaled replica he made years ago now. It is amazing. Even the R2-D2 part is on it’s hull! Stunning work! I love the base display… which is the military “Contact” Base that was imagined to be toward the top of Devils Tower in Wyoming, USA. This is actually his SECOND Mother Ship Build!

If you missed the first… CLICK HERE to view it! This one Dae is building for himself! I love the base idea of being the alcove toward the top of Devils Tower! OUTSTANDING!!

I been working on my own mothership recently..some progress is being made. I thought I send you a few pictures. In Model making there is always room for improvement and use of different materials etc..This will have better lighting for I have found micro led’s.
I will send you more once it is finished.
