I always appreciate artist Alfred Wong’s extensive imagination and creativity! I love this Blade Runner-ish diorama scene featuring the CSI hard at work obtaining evidence. Could that torn apart corpse be a first generation “Replicant” before Tyrell perfected them to be more human-like? Only Alfred knows what he created, yet this diorama allows for our own imaginations to create our own back-story!

I recently completed the install of the Brickstuff lighting kit that was designed to fit in my 2049 Concept Spinner. This is only the test lighting kit as there are still a few adjustments to be made before the final version is released. What you see here is what the final version will look like and will be a easy plug and play system with a remote control running of USB or a 5v battery pack..

Kit Description: Blade Runner 2049 Concept Spinner Complete. Here is the completed model with Decals applied. I’m calling it done except a few small things that will be completed. I still need to add the foot rests and the lower panel braces that still need to be made. I will also redo the door molds with a modification that will make it sit flush with the rear roof section.

I just finished a Randy Cooper Blade Runner Spinner resin kit, which I believe is 1:12 scale. I used a Voodoo FX lighting kit so the lights on top/bottom all flash slowly. The city-scape was my own design, but I took all of the features from some original BR model reference photos. I had to include the girl from Blade Runner 2049 on one of the billboards!
