Kit Description: Ok Guys This is a behemoth of a kit to say the least. At 1/20 scale it comes in at 13 Inches tall with a base that’s approx. 16 inches in diameter. This is one kit that will be very expensive to produce, and a will be a huge gamble for me. In order for me to do this, I need to hear from all of you that want this as a kit, and are willing to make the commitment to purchase one if I’m able to release it...

Many of us have attempted to get results that look authentic of sub zero weather. Steve McCarron created Precision Snow and Ice to do just that! Their works are truly magnificent and I would advise anyone wishing to learn about applying sub zero weathering to their modeling to visit the Precision Snow and Ice site and click on their TUTORIALS. This is a 1:100 scale Metal Gear REX from Kotobukiya. The second mech I got for my birthday a few months ago. I loved the design of the mech and its departure from classical biped mecha to a more segmented articulate design. Though when I first looked at it after assembling I thought “funky chicken” All the poses I saw for it online were so static, and it seemed a shame for such an articulate model to be stuck in poses that lacked any sense of dynamic action. So…...

I have been working on a new kit since Christmas…a 1/35 scale “GUNHED” Unit 507 from Kotobukiya! It’s from the 1989 live action Manga film Gunhed. This is an amazing kit and a dream to build! I have been working with resin and vinyl kits for so long that I had forgotten what is was like to make a plastic kit! Below is a photo of me for scale as this is quite a big model when finished!
