Studio Scale ESB Imperial TIE FIGHTER by Richard Long

Richard Long has returned with this fantastic TIE Fighter, painted in it’s proper blue, for the Capt. Drew Sheppard Collection! Re-Painted and re-built from an unfortunate situation, Richard corrected this piece from the former  Cory Harvey Studio Tie Fighter Kit. This piece came out beautiful with all the markings hand painted on by Richard! Fantastic!

“Final Act of Courage” – a POV Composite Artwork by Kurt Kuhn (Kuhn Global)

As they race down the Death Star Trench at unbelievable speeds that only the best pilots would be able to handle, especially while being pursued closely by the Dark Lord himself, Biggs Darklighter suddenly feels the pressure as Wedge has to pull out of the Trench from behind him. Now the only object that stands between the Dark Lord, and his best friend Luke… as well as the Rebels last hope for survival, is he. “ATTACK FORCE” – Composite Art by Kurt Kuhn (Kuhn Global)

Getting used to this T-65 X-wing was more difficult than Luke thought it would be…. but then…. the fighter assigned to him was an old rust bucket that had seen a lot of action. Since this was his first flight with Red Squadron, and they were on their way to the fight of a lifetime, Luke thought he would drop down and swoop over to one of his Wingmen… Wedge Antilles of Red 2 for a last quick operation question. However, as they get closer, the massive Death Star first appears to them orbiting the planet Yavin,.. taking Luke’s breath away yet again… and completely stunning Wedge. Luke’s question is cut short as the two pilots look at each other through their shining canopy glass in silent reverence.. knowing this may be their last battle indeed!

Studio Scale RED 5 X-wing w/Armature by R.L. Bleecker

Professional Miniaturist R.L. Bleecker has done it again with this Studio Model Replica of the Red 5 X-wing from 1977’s Star Wars – A New Hope! Built for the growing collection of Captain Drew Sheppard, this piece started out as the outstanding V3 studio scale X-wing kit offered by MSLZ22 Models! The armature was custom made to be like the originals used in filming from aluminum by another known industry artist… Jason Eaton. This build once again exceeds the boundaries of imagination with it’s extremely accurate lighting, and moving wings… not to mention one of the best paint jobs accurately identifying this piece as Red 5 by R.L. Bleecker. Outstanding finish as usual from this professional artist!
