Jim Davidson – Timeslip Creations – STAR TREK: The Motion Picture – Building the Studio Scale USS Enterprise REFIT NCC-1701

Recently I came across more work from semi-retired industry artist Jim Davidson. This time he is tackling the studio scale USS Enterprise REFIT from Star Trek The Motion Picture! Building it from the Timeslip Creations kit parts, Jim is currently working on the fitment of the kit to the armature he built to hold this behemoth. We shall be showing more on this fantastic build as it comes together.

Child of the Hydra’s Teeth – Puppet Replica by Fantamation Studio’s Jim Davidson!

Fantamation Studio’s Jim Davidson is absolutely a master of stop motion puppet recreation! We have shown many of his replicas and this one equally blows me away! Beautiful work!

Just wanted to share my latest puppet replica. The unfinished sword (just needs final paint) is the “Jason” style and the shield is the “7th Voyage” one, there will be a “Jason” style shield as well as a “7th Voyage” style sword.
Cheers,
Jim Davidson
