Adam K. Johnson – Star Trek: The Next Generation – USS Jenolan Crashed on the DYSON Sphere – Diorama
Here is a beautiful diorama display from famed artist Adam K. Johnson! As seen in Star Trek: The Next Genreation, it is the USS JENOLAN as it we viewed it as crashed onto a Dyson Sphere! The episode was one that we all loved, as we were able to see Scotty one more time when he was rescued from being in a Transporter Loop for decades upon decades. This model is brilliant, and very much perfectly detailed! Fantastic work!

This is the “Spicer Galactica”. Beautifully patterned by Scott Spicer, I finished this quite a few years ago, but just got around to doing some decent photos of it. This model is only 17″ long but looks so much bigger when photographed correctly, and painted with substantial shadowing. The red lines were painted by hand and the tiny windows were painted using fluorescent yellow. The model is solid resin, so it is impossible to light – unfortunately. In all, a very satisfying finish!

This was built from the amazing kit from Atomic City that Adam K. Johnson assisted with in it’s creation. Rob scratch built a custom, full cabin interior and cockpit that went into this amazing piece. It is beautiful work!
This is my 1/72 scale Captain Scarlet Spectrum Helicopter. The model is only 8″ long. I paid high attention to matching the 2 foot filming miniature, especially the detailed cockpit interior. Colors were carefully matched to the set. Overall a very nice addition to my near-complete Captain Scarlet collection.
