I’m offering for sale the studio scale probe droid that I built from a resin kit. I have replaced many of the resin parts with the real kit parts, and I have also replaced all the eyes with plastic half spheres so they would be more reflective.

I have opted to paint this probe droid more as it was seen on screen rather than how the filming model looks in person. I did however use the same colors as the filming model, the base color being grimy black and including the same colors used for weathering, including reefer orange, but left it more with an overall black look, as that appealed to me more.

The Probe Droid also has a spot light LED, and comes with a simple black museu...

Built from the fantastic studio scale kit briefly released by Sovereign Replicas, (originally mastered by U.K. Professional Modeler Lee Ralph), this piece turned out beautiful by talented modeler Scott Graham! I love the detail on this piece. Even though it was only briefly seen in the beginning of Star Wars – The Empire Strikes Back, it still holds a place in every fan’s heart as a fantastic piece in it’s studio scale! A great job by master modeler Scott Graham!

Here is another example of great creativity by talented artist Scott Graham with the amazing (former) FM Model Company 1/24 E-Wing! Scott added a few ‘fins’ on the back he calls “go-fasters”! A creative addition indeed! Not to mention the beautiful Red paint scheme and weathering done. Scott also placed his lasers on the outsides of the wings instead of the typical underside mount! A fantastic job!

Of note… not ONE of these E-wing kits have been built the same so far. That tells me it is one that fits well enough together that people CAN be creative with their own builds of it!
