Card stock artist Anthony Santos recently sent me these wonderful photos of his latest creation and design,.. the Mk 6 Colonial Viper with TWO canopies showing! In the original series, I was always confused how a Colonial Viper ever was able to fit a passenger… yet the story had it happening. Then of course we had GALACTICA 1980, where the model and prop makers fixed that part of their story telling by elongating the cockpit and canopy of the Viper. Anthony Santos forwards this thinking in utilizing the 2003 series MkII Viper design as the base for his own two-seat design, which is seen here!
