ToroModelStudio – MOON – 1/24 ROVER 01

Here is my latest work, a small vignette representing a scene imagined for the movie MOON (Duncan Jones 2009). It is made from my first resin kit (which I will release soon in next weeks Modeler Magic KIT ALERT on 9/7/2020). It has a scale of 1:24, and I have made a series of small modifications regarding of the original kit (turning the wheels of the first 2 axles, modeling of a beard to the figure of Sam, the hydraulic hammer together with its battery, and other extras inside the rear box of the vehicle). I have also added lighting, for which I had to drill some pieces. For the weathering, my choice has been a more realistic finish and less artistic (In the future I will add the step by step).
