This is model is based on a sketch that appeared in The Art of Solo: A Star Wars Film book which shows an artist sketching a version of the Millennium Falcon halfway between the Pirate Ship model (which later became the Blockade Runner) & the now familiar Falcon as we know it. The artist is believed to be Joe Johnston, but he can’t remember having it taken.

My model is made with PVC Foamex board, with kit parts added, and a small amount of 3D printed pieces. It’s painted with Archive X paint and weathered with oils, with the underside is still in its base coat.
