Known Collector/Artist Michael Hawes has been busy with many projects as he gets his (now nearly 2500 sq ft) Imperial looking Gallery together. One project has excited everyone from the beginning… the death star trench…. which is large enough to actually place in studio scale X-Wings and TIE Fighters! Mike recently added the amazing works of artist Marc Elkins into this mix with Death Star mini turrets and the infamous flaw in the Death Star design…. the Exhaust Port! In the photo below, you may determine how large this trench is by seeing the NICE-N studio scale TIE X1 cockpit ball sitting on it. That in itself is a very large model! This piece is surely going to be amazing when it is completed!
