Finished with this build for Modeler Magic…. Marc has again outdone himself! This piece is extremely unique in that it is the only one we know of that has been labeled with markings as being one of President Adar’s Shuttles from the Battlestar Atlantia! The unique marks and panels really show the difference between the two shuttles seen in the photos… the other being the Galactica Shuttle GAL-356… which is in Marc’s own collection of masterpieces. As soon as I am able…. I will take Blue Screen photos for everyone to enjoy and utilize.

This short film is fantastic! Sent to me by the designer of the Ron Moore Battlestar Galactica, artist Eric Chu, this has to be one of my favorite fan made sequences! I recognize some of the Battlestar designs as being for our shown artist TAN.J… who is a fantastic artist. Built from the outstanding  Moebius kit, artist Chris Hall made this piece to look like “Capt. Apollo’s” full sized prop Viper seen HERE. I especially love how he photographed it to be on the landing deck of the Galactica! Nicely done!

Using teh amazing CG Renders of the actual battle damaged Galactica used in the show (SEEN HERE), famed artist Marko Osterholz matched the CG model mark for mark…making the final display something fantastic to view. Enjoy the detail that Marko placed into this piece… as well as a video showing it up close! Fantastic work as usual from this artist.

It is a 3d printed ship that is 13.25″ and 5″ wide. It is 1.75 thick and has underside detail and missile launchers all over about 40 turrets and is very nice with direction and decals also has the viper launch tubes….

Professional U.K. artist Chris Rogerson is back with his MOEBIUS kit build of the Viper MK II. This one is very unique and well done as a Viper from the Battlestar Excalibur! This paint job really intrigues me and looks quite good! I find myself wanting to know more of the Excalibur back story now!

Custom built to go along side the other kits of this size, professional modeler Marko Osterholz spared no detail. This piece literally looks like the 6 foot filming model! I am completely impressed with Marko’s work on this! And whomever is lucky enough to actually get this piece in their collection will be as well! This piece is as good as it gets before spending 10 to 20 thousand dollars (and up) for a Studio Scale Battlestar!

Once again… the Battlestar master, Jim Creveling, has come through with another beautiful piece. Built for another client, this Studio Scale Battlestar ATLANTIA is again his usual top notch work at it’s just over 73 inch length. I am really at a loss as to what else to say about this fantastic artist… except…. I can’t wait to see his next creation… which just may be for me someday!

After receiving an email from Frank Winspur of MOEBIUS MODELS asking if I had access to reference of the MK VII Landing Gear, I immediately called a few people that always come through. Frank Cerney, Morton Moeslund and Jared Bronson. Frank and Moe had the CG model renders (designed by Eric Chu) for the gear, while Jared Bronson (of SpaceMind Modeler) came through with these photos of the full sized prop used for the movies and series Battlestar Galactica. The photos were taken at the auction. All the reference material then went to industry famed master artist Gary Kerr to blueprint for the kit...
