DeBoer Hulls “NorthStar” Kit

I was recently contacted by artist Scott Boon, whom informed me that communications have been opened between his client and Dennis DeBoer about possibly re-tooling, then releasing the giant Reliant “NorthStar” kit once again. This is a large kit in scale with the massive DeBoer 46 Inch Enterprise Refit! Below is the email from Dennis DeBoer stating conditions.

I found the RELIANT plugs to make new molds. If 5 people come forward that want a Reliant model kit, I would make new fresh molds. I would need $500.00 down from each from each person to start the remolding. This money would not be refundable, as once I start the rebuild, both the buyers and myself would be committed to this new model...

We have all seen the fantastic Starship builds from NemVia Production’s Mark Nehmzow, and now we get to see a new update to his “Starship Production Line” former showing. The video shows it all! This artist really has this piece going the right direction!

Talk about an impressive site! Pro modeler Mark Nehmzow of NemVia Productions has taken on many starship builds in his day, but these are the most he has taken on at the same time. Using THREE of the giant 46 inch DeBoer Enterprise Kits, ONE 36 inch DeBoer (Northstar) Reliant Kit (No Longer produced), and ONE 34 inch Polar Lights Enterprise kit, he has his table full! Looking at Mark’s previous Enterprise builds, I know these will be just as dynamic and full of life! I am very much looking forward to these being completed!

I have been blown away by some fantastic re-designs before now…. and this is no different! Dennis DeBoer (known for his 46 inch Enterprise 1701-A and Reliant kits, as well as many amazing Submarine Replicas) has again brought us a fantastic piece in this re-design of the Seaview Sub we all admired growing up, but THIS one certainly reflects the modern era! Beautifully done… I plan of getting one for the Collection!
