One of the best effects of the remake film War of the Worlds was the fantastic tripods they used to grab up all the humans. The menacing horn that sounded before it becomes active is so eery that it actually makes the hair on my arm stand on end. Artist Tom Militello captured the essence of this foreboding alien vehicle in this build. Very nice!
