There is no doubt that The Great Scale Model Train Show would be fantastic. And included in this show was a fantastic model we have featured a few times here on the Gallery site…. Clayton Holland’s HOGWARTS Castle in HO scale!  I was informed that the Show’s attendees loved this piece! I know this Gallery does! Thank you to the Maryland State Fairgrounds, The Great Scale Model Train Show, and the artist of the fantastic piece… Mr. Clayton Holland for sharing this beautiful build with the world!

Clayton Holland’s HOGWART’S Castle goes to Maryland!

One of our fantastic shown artists is in the Model Railroad News! Artist Clayton Holland’s HO Scale Hogwarts Castle will be shown in Maryland… at the State Fairgrounds!

Timonium, MD — The Great Scale Model Train Show will have an interesting new attraction when the doors open on Saturday, February 5th. Mr. Clayton Graham Holland’s HO-scale scratch-built replica of Hogwarts Castle from Harry Potter will be part of the Meade Area Railroad Society’s 84 foot x 30 foot modular layout. Photos, video, and the story first went live on December 14th on the Modelers, Miniatures, and Magic website and it has been subsequently making the rounds.

HO Scale Hogwarts Castle by Clayton Holland

I again have the great honor of introducing another fantastic artist to this Gallery… Mr. Clayton Graham Holland! I was on the phone just a few days ago, and was speaking about Miniature Castles, when my friend alerted me to this artists work! HOGWARTS CASTLE! In all it’s glory… this piece is outstanding!  There is much I can positively say about this of my own opinions, but Clayton can much better tell it’s story…

The model will be on display as part of an enormous “modular” model railroad at the MD State Fairgrounds in Timonium, MD February 5-6 as part of the Great Scale Model Train Show https://www.gsmts.com/ I have attached a bunch of photos from the only other show in which this model has been displayed.

Someone also shot a couple brief videos of it and posted them on YouTub...
