I am very intrigued with this artist’s talents and techniques. He has a completely different way of doing this art form… and his finished pieces are always unique in some way. I have even spoken to other famed artists who have seen Paulo’s works… and they love it just as much as I do! Beautiful, creative and unique…. true to an art form!
