Artist Wayne Minney is selling his masterpiece build of this specific Starship. As builds of the 1701-D are concerned, this is one of the best I have seen!

Modeler’s Miniatures & Magic

The model is fully lighted, with screen accurate navigation beacon positions and flash rates. The saucer windows are lit exactly as seen on screen, and the model has been heavily modified to make it accurate to the 6′ filming miniature. The aztec paneling has been airbrushed using 4 custom mixed colors, and the complex patterns have been reproduced as close to the original as possible. I believe that it is the most accurate model of the Enterprise D, at this scale, that has been made as yet.
