Shown here back on June 1, 2009, then sold to Hector Rosales on September 8, 2011,.. this excellent piece began life as the first Master Replicas studio scale AT-AT release back in 2004! I loved having this piece in the collection. Though not lit, it really showed well. I took Blue Screen Photos of the AT-AT with a blue screen draped table, making the table disappear as I idealized the blue screen effect for all to utilize the model itself in composites. I even removed the mirrored base in one photo just for fun..lol. This is exactly how it looked straight from the packaging. Since it didn’t come with a lighting option for the front head window, I couldn’t resist “Photoshopping” the ominous looking “red glowing color” into the single eye view port as it was seen in The Empire Strikes Back. That stated, this replica is of the original 19-inch high filming miniatures as seen in The Empire Strikes Back and measures approximately 23-inches x 9-inches x 19-inches. It came with an acrylic cover that finished the model display nicely. I am in hopes Hector loves this piece even today. Due to it’s rarity, it is valued today (2020/02) up to, and possibly over $5,000 USD. A great investment this continues to be.
