Here is my USS DEFIANT build progress report:
Yes currently she looks like hell in a hand basket, but it’s working. Internally she is illuminated with sign grade LED’s, 3 rolls of aluminum tape, two rattle cans of black spray for light blocking, two rolls of 1.5 painters tape….
it doesn’t look it currently but a quart of paint thinner, a pint of lacquer thinner, 12 bottles of model master Testors paints, 1 square foot￼ of 1/8” clear acrylic, one yard of translucent vinyl, half a yard￼ of fiberglass screening, prodigious levels of foul language, 2 dozen of X-acto blades, seven different reference materials & crap I no longer can recall. But she’s￼ looking more￼ & more￼ like a ship of￼ the line.
