The 1:72 SA-43 Hammerhead fighter from the 1995-96 TV sci-fi classic “Space: Above & Beyond” has returned to the Fantastic Plastic Virtual Museum Store for a limited time!

Following the exploits of the U.S. Marines’ 58th air/space squadron, also known as the “Wildcards,” “Space: Above & Beyond” was a WWII-style war drama set in the near future during humankind’s first encounter with a hostile alien race.

Although planned to run for five seasons, the show’s enormous cost and limited audience caused Fox-TV to cancel the series after just one season.

Our 1:72 all-resin Hammerhead fighter kit features 31 pieces, including landing gear and a clear resin cockpit canopy. An extensive decal sheet is also included.
