1/32 BADAZZ Colonial Assault Raptor

Here is my 1/32 Colonial Assault Raptor (from reimagined Battlestar Galactica series) build.

Kit used: Bad Azz.

Fully detailed the cockpit / cabin using Eduard PE aircraft seat belts, instrument bezels, placards. Scratch-built combat webbing inside interior cabin.

Added scratch-built antenna probes on FLIR pod (on nose of ship). Added control wiring across wings to wing-tip rotary guns.

Added PE ammo belts from ammo drums to wing-tip rotary guns. Added control wiring to rocket launchers (boxes).

Added wire antennas to back ends of upper tail fins. Added brass tubes for “empty” rocket silos on rocket launchers (boxes) to depict rockets that were already fired (this was a suggestion made by the late Kip Hart – molder of this kit – Rest in peace, and in God’s good graces, Kip)
