Here’s my latest! The AMT Romulan Warbird. It is another model for a client. The model was painted in shades of grey-green to match the filming miniature. Three of the photos here were shot with a green filter on the camera lens to mimic the color effect in the show “Star Trek: TNG”. The engine effect was achieved by painting the insides with gloss white, then the inside of the clear plastic was painted with a thin coat of gloss light neon green. Windows are neon light yellow paint.
Overall, I am very happy with the final result.
