1:48 Fine Molds X-Wing Build

With LED & Fiber Optic Lighting!!

This superb and iconic collectors model has been built to competition standards by Peter Matthews of ProBuilt SciFi.

This X Wing is based on the superbly detailed (And rare) 1/48 scale model by renowned FineMolds Models of Japan.

It has had the addition of LED lighting to all four Engines and Fiber optic lighting to the cockpit to simulate lit dials and to illuminate the detailed pilot figure.

The X-wing stands nearly 9 inches high on its fully adjustable stand, has a wingspan of 8 inches and is 9 inches long

It has been painted using airbrush, wash and pigment techniques to make it as near as possible to the original studio model

It is powered by just two AA batteries which together with all wiring and switches are concealed neatly in the base.
