Thank you for your interest in my MADE TO ORDER STAR TREK Ships. I have a full line of Star Trek universe ships to offer.

They are all made from 3D CGI models which are then converted into STL files for printing.

Theses are not resin molds, or cast plastic. They are 1st generation prototyping models made from a 3D file and printed.

The Process

Every single model I make is actuate printed on CR-10 Printers on primary height, layers of 0.1000 mm. That’s about as fine as you can print with in practical time frame.
The parts can take weeks to print out, but there are no resin parts, no copy of a copy, no warping, and sink hole issues.
Even at this quality you still have visible lines as this is PLA plastic. ABS is much finer, but not stable. ABS is prone to warp and cracking which is not good for production of large models like these.
This is basically a plastic model with a honey comb structure between the layers as its build up. It can tolerate temperatures up to 150 degrees before any warping might occur.
It takes roughly 2 months to complete one 3 foot tall AT-AT. This includes the fine sanding and painting time.
This is all based on availability at the time of the printers (I have 6 printers printing models 24 /7 ).

I offer these models in 3 different category’s: 1.) BASIC RAW KIT, 2.) FINISHED KIT QUALITY, and 3.) COMPLETED Model Builds

BASIC

This is only for expert model makers who are familiar with 3D printed items and their required clean up.
These filament plastic printers leave layers of fine lines on everything. You have to sand all the layers smooth with different grades of wet’n dry paper… very similar to car body work.
The model you see in the photos is hours upon hours of sanding to make it completely smooth.
With a BASIC order, you will receive the parts with all of the flash, or plastic support still attached! You will have to assemble all the parts with superglue and baking power
No decals or stands are included in this package,… ONLY the BASIC RAW KIT

FINISHED KIT QUALITY

This is a completely sanded smooth and per primed model like model kit parts ready to assemble.
This package does include a stand or base ,and decals with instruction (should this be required).

Complete Models

This is a complete model finished and painted on a stand, with lighting (if lighting was shown), and decals.
Depending on the size of the model (as some of these models will be over 4 feet long), some sub-assembly and slight touch up of paint at the joint areas maybe required.

SHIPPING

This is done by getting a basic quote from the shipping company here in the UAE, then calculated to were every the client location is.
Currently we only have quotes for USA, AU, and Germany as these are the places I have sold to so far.

PAYMENT

I am working in the UAE. Because so, I do not have access to PayPal in order to withdraw funds in my bank in this country. Thus, I must expect payment in Western Union only.
If you have never used Western Union, just go to any supporting Western Union office, give the name and contact number of the person you are dealing with and you will then get a control number that you would send to the person whom you are dealing with.

These are made to order models, so payment must be made before any work is started.

(Modeler Magic always recommends applying transaction protection. It is up to each person to investigate how to do so.)
